The document verification procedure is aimed at ensuring the safety of your account and funds. Identification is mandatory for all Clients and allows to create a transparent and secure environment.
What does a request for documents look like?
When documents are requested, a corresponding notification will be displayed in the Personal Account:
This notification occurs in both the mobile and web versions of the platform.
A notification will also arrive in your email.
Follow the on-screen instructions by uploading documents directly from your device.

How long does the document check take?
Document verification is usually done within one business day. We strongly recommend monitoring incoming notifications in the terminal and by e-mail. In some cases, additional submission of higher quality or different format documents may be required.
