You can update your personal details directly from your profile settings.
Desktop
1. Hover over your name in the top right corner and select "Profile management".
2. Click "Edit" next to the "Personal details" field.
3. Update your details and save your changes.
Mobile app
1. Go to the "More" section and tap your name at the top of the screen.
2. Tap "Personal details".
3. Tap "Edit personal info".
4. Update your details and save your changes.
Important details
Identity verification: When changing your personal information, you may be asked to upload a photo of your ID. If you have changed your last name, you must also provide an official document confirming the name change.
Processing time: Requests to update personal details are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. Please do not submit duplicate requests, as this may delay the processing time.
Notifications: Keep an eye on incoming notifications in your trading terminal and check your email for status updates.
