Why does my withdrawal request keep getting rejected?
Why does my withdrawal request keep getting rejected?
Updated over a week ago

A withdrawal request may be rejected for the following reasons:

  1. Not enough funds to fulfill the withdrawal request.

Please make sure that you have enough funds in your trading account. Please make sure that the funds have not been used in other operations (e.g. to secure open trades).

  2. You have been sent a request for identification documents.
You can check it in your Libertex Account. The request is also duplicated to your e-mail, linked to Libertex.

  3. The account for withdrawal belongs to another person.
According to our Company's policy, we do not make withdrawals to third party accounts. When making a withdrawal request, it is important to specify only own accounts and wallets.

  4. The withdrawal details are incorrect or contain errors.
Please make sure that the data is correct.

If you are unable to determine the cause of the difficulty - please contact us at [email protected] or via online chat. In your request, please specify your trading account number and describe the situation in detail (by what method the withdrawal is made, when the withdrawal request was generated, what error occurs during withdrawal).
