Preliminary Actions:

  • Check the debit at the bank. If the funds were not debited - most likely the payment was canceled by the bank or due to insufficient funds on the account.

  • Cryptocurrency transactions can take up to 3 hours. Please make sure that enough time has passed since the transaction was made.

If you funded your account, but the funds have not been received and you do not see the funds in Libertex Personal Accounts or MetaTrader trading terminal - please contact us in any convenient way: by phone, online chat or [email protected] . When sending e-mails, please use a mailbox bound to Libertex.

In the message please provide detailed information about the payment: payment method, number of your card/account from which the deposit is made, number of the trading account to be funded, full name, date and amount of the payment. Our specialists will be glad to help you as soon as possible. As a rule, such requests are considered within one business day.

If you notice that funds were debited from your account/card/wallet but were not credited to your trading account, please send us a screenshot of your online banking/wallet, which reflects the transfer of funds in favor of the Company.
