What should I do if funds are debited from my card, but not credited to my trading account?

As a rule, when depositing with a bank card, funds are credited to the trading account within a few minutes. Depending on the workload of payment systems, in some cases it may take a little longer.

If funds are not displayed on your trading account balance - please follow the steps below:

  1. Exit and then re-enter your Libertex Account to force an update of the current balance.

  2. Check all other existing accounts in Personal Account (e.g. Libertex Portfolio or MetaTrader). Your account may have been specified differently when depositing. In this case you can easily perform an internal transfer between your accounts in the "My Accounts" section.

  3. In some cases additional verification is required to credit a payment. In case you need to provide additional data, you will be notified in the Libertex Personal Account and by E-mail.
