Important details
Processing time: Phone number change requests can take up to 2 (two) business days to process. Please do not submit duplicate requests, as this may delay the process.
Identity verification: The system may request an ID document to confirm the phone number change.
Desktop
1. Hover over your name in the top right corner and select "Profile management".
2. At the bottom of the page, click "Edit" next to the "Phone number" field.
3. Enter your new phone number and click "Save changes".
4. Complete the CAPTCHA security check if needed.
5. Check your email for a confirmation message. Once confirmed, your request will be automatically submitted for review.
Mobile app
1. Go to the "More" section and tap your name at the top of the screen.
2. Tap "Personal details".
3. Tap your phone number.
4. Enter your new phone number and tap "Save changes".
5. Check your email for a confirmation message. Once confirmed, your request will be automatically submitted for review.
