When you open a MetaTrader trading account, you receive a main password ("master password") and an investor password.
What is an investor password?
An investor password allows someone to view your account performance without granting them trading permissions.
If you share your account number, server name, and investor password with an observer, they can monitor your account in real time, but they cannot perform any operations on it.
How do I change the investor password?
Please note: The password must be strong: at least 8 characters long, containing lowercase and uppercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
