Why are there adjustments on my balance?

What are balance adjustments?

Sometimes you might notice changes to your account balance that weren’t caused by a trade you made. These are automatic system adjustments made for technical or operational reasons.

Let’s look at the most common ones 👇

Contract expiration adjustment

Example:
C_TC_#17353210 0.02 BRN

This message means that you had an open trade on an instrument (like a futures contract) that expired — in this case, on the BRN (Brent Oil) instrument.

✅ The platform automatically makes an expiration adjustment to reflect the transition from the expired contract to a new one, allowing your trade to continue.

This is a technical action only. It does not result in extra profit or loss.

Bonus adjustment

Example:
19475187C0.00_ACID_NW

This entry means that the amount of bonus funds in your account exceeded your real funds.

To fix this, the system automatically corrects your balance by transferring the excess bonus to your bonus account.

💡 Keep in mind: bonus funds have conditions and can't be withdrawn until those requirements are met.

Where can you see these adjustments?

You can view all adjustments in your transaction history, both on the web platform and the mobile app.

  1. Go to the "History" or "My Trades" section.

  2. Look for the adjustment code or instrument name.

  3. You'll see details like the date, type of adjustment, and value applied.

What should you do?

Nothing — these adjustments are handled automatically and ensure your account reflects the correct status based on your trades and platform policies.
