Can I withdraw funds to another person's card?

No, you can't withdraw to third-party accounts

🛑 In accordance with our company policy and international regulations, funds can only be withdrawn to a bank account held in your name. This means the name on the bank account must match the name registered on your Libertex account.

Why is it not allowed?

These rules exist to protect you and all users of the financial system. They were created to prevent illegal activities such as money laundering and fraud.

What does FATF have to do with it?

These rules are backed by international regulations, especially those from the Financial Action Task Force (FATF). This organization was established in 1989 during the G7 Summit in Paris and is fully committed to the global fight against money laundering.

What should you do instead?

✅ Before requesting a withdrawal, make sure:

  • Your bank account is under your full legal name.

  • Your name matches exactly with the name on your Libertex account.

  • You have the necessary documents to verify your identity and account ownership.

💡 Remember: While it might seem inconvenient, this policy is in place to keep your funds secure and ensure a safe environment for all users.
