You can reset your MetaTrader account password directly from the Libertex platform. A new password will be automatically generated by the system and used to log in to your MetaTrader account in the future.
Desktop
1. Log in to your Libertex account.
2. Hover over your name in the upper right corner and select "My accounts".
3. Select the desired MetaTrader account from the list on the left sidebar.
4. In the "Credentials" section, click "Reset" next to the password field and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
Mobile app
1. Log in to your Libertex app.
2. Go to the "More" section.
3. In the "Other accounts" section, select the terminal.
4. Select the desired MetaTrader account.
5. Tap "Credentials.
6. Tap "Reset" next to the password field and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
