Please note that withdrawals, depending on the method you use, may take between 1 and 7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
It might be processed manually
Withdrawals to e-wallets and bank cards are usually processed automatically, but if your request is marked as "pending", it may be undergoing an additional verification process.
Why does this happen?
Sometimes, for security reasons, certain withdrawal requests need to be reviewed manually. This can happen when the system detects unusual activity, such as:
Logging in from an IP address you haven't used before
A withdrawal request that doesn't match your usual behavior
A transaction that needs further confirmation
You’ll be notified
If your withdrawal needs manual processing, you’ll be notified when you create the request, and you’ll also receive an email confirming that it’s being reviewed.
Legal basis
Libertex follows the Appendix No. 2 "Rules of Non-Trading Operations" under the International Financial Services Agreement. Clause 1.4 states that the company may investigate suspicious non-trading activity and temporarily suspend such operations until the investigation is complete.
How long does it take?
Manual reviews can take several business days depending on the situation. Once your request is processed, the result will appear in your Libertex account under "Reports" → "Payment History".
Why aren’t all reasons shared?
For security purposes, the specific reasons and details of these checks are not disclosed. This helps prevent attempts to exploit or bypass the system.
Thank you for your patience
We understand waiting can be frustrating, but please know that this process is not meant to delay your withdrawals — it’s there to protect your funds and your account. Security is a top priority at Libertex, and these measures help keep the platform safe for everyone.
