You may occasionally notice balance changes in your account history that were not initiated by an active trade. These are automatic system adjustments performed for technical or operational reasons.
The two most common types of balance adjustments are detailed below.
Contract expiration adjustment
Example code: C_TC_#17353210 0.02 BRN
This entry indicates that you had an open trade on an instrument subject to contract expiration (in this example, Brent Oil - BRN).
When a underlying futures contract reaches its expiration date, the Libertex platform automatically performs a rollover adjustment. This allows your position to transition smoothly to the new contract without requiring you to close and re-open the trade manually.
This adjustment is strictly a technical operation and does not generate additional profit or loss.
Bonus funds adjustment (ACID)
Example code: 19475187C0.00_ACID_NW
This entry indicates an automatic correction of non-withdrawable bonus funds. It occurs when the proportion of active bonus funds exceeds the real funds available in your account.
To maintain account balance rules, the system automatically corrects the balance and transfers the excess bonus amount back to your bonus account. Bonus funds remain subject to specific promotional conditions and cannot be withdrawn as cash until trading requirements are fulfilled.
