A Bankwire transfer is a secure method for transferring funds directly from your bank account to your Libertex account.
How to make a deposit
Desktop
1. Click the "Deposit" button at the top of the page.
2. Select the "Account" you want to top up, choose "Bankwire transfer" as the "Payment method", and specify the "Amount".
3. Check the bank details displayed on the screen.
4. Log in to your bank's online banking portal (or visit a local branch) and initiate the transfer using the provided Libertex bank details.
Once the funds are received and processed, they will be credited to your trading account.
Mobile app
1. Go to the "Wallet" section via the bottom navigation bar and tap "Deposit".
2. Select the account you want to top up.
3. Under "Payment methods", select "Bankwire transfer".
4. In the "Amount" screen, specify the deposit amount and tap "Continue".
5. Check the bank details displayed on the screen.
6. Open your bank's mobile app (or visit a local branch) and complete the transfer using the provided Libertex bank details.
Once the funds are received and processed, they will be credited to your trading account.
Important notes
Always include your Libertex trading account number (e.g., 28xxxxxx) in the reference, description, or payment notes field of your transfer.
Payment processing typically takes 3 to 5 business days.
Libertex does not charge fees for this method. However, your banking institution or intermediary banks may apply transaction charges and currency conversion fees.
