Verify that you are using your demo account
Follow these steps:
Step 1: Make sure you're logged into your demo account.
To change your practice balance, you must first verify that you're logged into your Libertex demo account.
👉Go to the "My Accounts" section.
👉Select your Libertex demo account in the left panel.
Step 2: Enter the demo version
Click the "Practice with the demo account" button to access the demo trading interface.
Is your demo account at zero?
If your demo account has no balance, don't worry. You can easily reset it from the Libertex web version.
Step 3: Change your balance from the web platform
Click on your username, located in the top right corner of the screen.
Select the "Update demo balance" option from the drop-down menu.
Step 4: Set the new balance
A new window will open where you can enter the amount you want to allocate to your demo account.
Then, click "Update Balance" to complete the transaction.
⚠️ Important
Please note that when updating your balance:
All previous transaction history will be deleted.
Your balance will automatically be set to $50,000 USD.
MOBILE VERSION
Step 1: Make sure you're in your demo account
To switch to your demo account in the Libertex mobile app, tap the crown icon in the top right corner.
Step 2: Enter the demo version
Is your demo account at zero?
Step 3: Change your balance
Select a financial instrument in the "Markets" tab (open a new trade). After this, you will receive an "Insufficient Funds" notification.
Step 4: Set your new balance
Tap the "Make a Deposit" button and specify the deposit amount you wish to make to your demo account.
And that’s it. Your demo account will be ready to trade again.
