If you cannot log in because you forgot your password, you can reset it using the email address linked to your Libertex account.
1. Click "Restore password" on the login page.
2. Enter the email address registered to your account and click "Send e-mail".
3. Open the recovery email sent to your inbox (check your spam folder if you do not see it).
4. Click the link in the email. If the link does not open, copy and paste it into your web browser.
5. Enter your new password twice and click "Confirm new password".
If you no longer have access to the email address registered to your account, please contact Support and include the following:
A color scan or high-quality photo of your ID (the same one used during registration).
The exact dates and amounts of your last two deposits or withdrawals (these are considered non-trading operations).
If you can't provide that, attach a photo of yourself holding your open ID, showing your face, hand, and ID number clearly.
