How do I file a financial complaint?

To complain about a transaction you've made in your live account if you believe it was executed or processed incorrectly, please leave us a message by sending an e-mail to [email protected] in as much detail as possible.

In particular, please specify the following: transaction ID(s), amount of loss, detailed issue description, date and time. Please attach a screenshot or a video confirming the issue, if possible.

Your complaint will be processed within seven business days, and you'll receive a formal response from us.
