How to add payment requisite for withdrawal via CVU transfer
To withdraw your funds via CVU, you must add your account before submitting your request.
Withdrawals to 3rd party accounts is strictly prohibited.
CVU stands for “Clave Virtual Uniforme” It is a 22 long digit code.
Below, we’ll guide you through the step-by-step process.
Login into your personal page, then click on “Withdrawal”.
2. Please select "Transfer using CVU" withdrawal method, then click on “Manage payment methods”
3. Click on “Add new”
4. Please specify CVU number and attach a bank statement where CVU and account holder name is visible, this is required to prove your ownership of the account

The following documents are NOT VALID:
National ID (DNI)
CBU certificate
Screenshots of the account
Other similar documents
A bank statement or account summary is required, which must include:
Full name of the account holder
Full CBU (Banking Uniform Code)
Recent transaction details
Please submit the correct document to avoid delays in the process.
5. Once done, please click on “Save”.
6. The request will be created and reviewed by the relevant department within 1-2 business days.
Once withdrawal details are approved by the area in charge, you will be able to initiate a withdrawal request to the saved payment details.
How to create a Withdrawal request
Before submitting your withdrawal request, please make sure your CVU account has been added.
Important: Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
If your CVU account is already linked, follow the steps below to submit your withdrawal request.
Login into your personal page, then click on “Withdrawal”.
2. Please select "Transfer using CVU" withdrawal method, approved payment details will appear in the saved method. Please double check that saved data is correct and specify the amount of the withdrawal in USD.
3. Once created the withdrawal request could be reviewed manually in accordance to Client’s agreement, in this case you’ll receive below notification.
