Check the "Lost Trades" tab
If you notice that some trades haven't been copied, the first thing you should do is to check the "Lost Trades" tab on the positions page.
This section will show you the specific reason why a trade wasn't copied successfully.
Check Your Max Drawdown
One of the most common reasons copied trades are blocked is reaching the maximum loss limit (Max Drawdown)
To check:
Go to your Account section.
Find your Max Drawdown status.
If it's enabled, you have two options:
Reset your drawdown, or
Add more funds to your wallet
Make sure you have sufficient funds
Another common reason is a lack of available funds in your account.
✅ Check that you have the necessary balance to copy new trades.
Signals will not execute if there is not enough money to open the same position.
