When can you place trades by phone?
Yes, you can place trades by phone in specific situations. Here's when it's allowed:
1. Standard trades (from 1 million USD)
You can open or close trades, and set or remove pending orders if the volume of the trade is 1 million USD or more.
For example:
10 lots in the MT4 terminal for currency pairs
10,000 USD with a multiplier of 100 in the Libertex terminal
2. Emergency closures (any volume)
You can also close trades or cancel pending orders in case of technical issues with the company's terminals or servers — regardless of the trade size.
