Check your document verification
This message often appears when your identity verification is incomplete.
🔍 What should you check?
Make sure there are no pending document requests in your profile.
Confirm that you’ve uploaded all required documents properly (ID, passport, proof of address, etc.).

Log in to your account and check if the platform is asking for any additional documents. If so, upload them as soon as possible.
