Why does an error occur when uploading documents in the application?

If you’re experiencing issues uploading documents in the Libertex mobile app, don’t worry! Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you solve the problem and complete your verification smoothly.


Check your file size and format

First, make sure the file you’re trying to upload meets these requirements:

  • Maximum size: 5 MB

  • Allowed formats: PDF or image (JPG, PNG)

⚠️ If the file is too large or in a different format, the app may reject it.


Try uploading via the web version

If the app still won’t let you upload the document, try doing it from a web browser (like Chrome or Safari) by logging into Libertex’s web platform.

  • Log in to your account through the browser

  • Go to the verification or documents section

  • Upload your files there following the instructions


Send your documents by email if nothing works

If uploading via the web also fails, please send the requested documents directly by email to [email protected]

Make sure to include:

  • The reason for sending (e.g., “Error uploading files via the app”)

  • The requested documents

  • If possible, attach a screenshot or video of the error

This helps us identify and fix any technical issues related to file uploads.
