Why do you need to specify a payment purpose?
📄 When making a SWIFT bank transfer withdrawal, you're required to indicate the payment purpose. This helps banks process the transaction correctly and ensures compliance with international financial regulations.
If you're withdrawing in USD or EUR
💵 If you're withdrawing funds in US dollars (USD) or euros (EUR), use the following text as the payment purpose:
TRANSFER UNDER AGENCY AGREEMENT XXXXXXXXXXX. UNUSED FUNDS, NON-COMMERCIAL TRANSFER
🧾 Replace XXXXXXXXXXX
with your agreement number, which is the same as your Libertex trading account number.
If you're withdrawing in KZT (Kazakhstani tenge)
🇰🇿 If the withdrawal is in Kazakhstani tenge (KZT), you’ll also need to include the date:
TRANSFER UNDER AGENCY (XXXXXXXXXXX) (DATE) UNUSED FUNDS, NON-COMMERCIAL TRANSFER
📅 Make sure to include the exact date of your request and replace XXXXXXXXXXX
with your trading account number.
Where do you enter the payment purpose?
🖊️ When filling out the withdrawal request in the investment platform, you’ll find a field for payment purpose. Simply copy and paste the correct version based on the currency, and update it with your account number (and date, if needed).
💡 Tip: Always make sure the text is entered exactly as shown, with the correct account number and date if needed. This helps avoid delays in processing your withdrawal.
