In case of any difficulties when recharging from a previously used card - please follow the steps below:

1. Check the card balance and make sure that there are enough funds for the transaction. Make sure that the bank does not block the transaction (e.g. due to set limits).

2. Update the Libertex application to the latest version or use the browser version of Libertex.

3. If you are using the browser version, please clear your browser cache or use Incognito mode.
