If you're going to withdraw cryptocurrency from your account, especially to a new wallet, it's important that you correctly follow the steps in the verification process.
When creating a withdrawal request to your new cryptocurrency wallet, please follow these instructions:
Follow these steps to withdraw cryptocurrency from your Libertex account:
In the Libertex terminal, select “Withdraw Funds.”
Select your account number.
Enter the withdrawal amount.
Choose one of the available cryptocurrency withdrawal methods (may not be available in some regions).
Specify the wallet address where you want to receive the funds.
Click “Withdraw.”
To complete the process of creating a withdrawal request, you will need to confirm your identity. You will see a notification "We need to verify your account to complete the transaction. Grant the application access to your camera. Please have your identity document ready and allow the Libertex app to access the camera on your phone/laptop."
Select the type of ID document you will use and upload the document. Then follow the facial recognition system's instructions to verify your identity. It will take some time for the system to verify the documents and confirm them. During the document processing process, we recommend that you do not leave the verification page or close the application. Once the document verification is successfully completed, your withdrawal request will be created and processed.
Please note that in case of any data discrepancy, additional checks may be required and the verification process of your documents may take longer.
Important! If you close the page or application before the verification of your documents is complete, your withdrawal application will not be created.
Once you have successfully completed the withdrawal procedure for a particular cryptocurrency wallet, you will no longer need to repeat the procedure for that wallet.
In order to create a withdrawal request for any new wallet, you will only need to complete the verification step via facial recognition.
