Why can’t you trade?
If you're trying to open a trade but see a message saying trading is blocked, it's likely that your account has not yet been verified.
📌 Libertex requires profile verification to comply with regulations and ensure user safety.
Please verify your email address in the "Personal Information" section.
What do you need to verify?
You’ll need to submit the required documents, usually:
A valid ID (passport, national ID, or driver’s license)
Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, etc.)
✅ Once your account is fully verified, you’ll be able to trade freely.

If you’re unsure about your account’s status or don’t know why your documents were rejected, don’t worry — just contact support directly.
