Quick Take Profit: Instant exits when every second counts

On short-term trades, the target is usually small, and the price may only hit it for a few split seconds. By the time you notice the profit and tap Close, the price has already pulled back. It's not a matter of focus: there is always a lag between the price movement and your click.

Quick Take Profit automatically sets a Take Profit level as soon as you open a trade. When the price hits that target, the platform closes the position for you — no need to try and time your click manually.

Quick Take Profit sets a default target of 1% of your investment. You can see the exact monetary value before opening the trade. If you adjust the amount or the multiplier, the figure updates automatically.

For example, if you invest $100 with a multiplier of 20, the Quick Take Profit target is $1. Reaching it requires just a 0.05% price move in your direction. Price movements like this happen frequently, but they last only seconds, making them hard to lock in by hand and close the trade manually.

Key advantages of Quick Take Profit

  • The exit level is set at the moment the trade opens, not after.

  • The exact profit target is displayed before you open the trade and automatically adjusts if you change your investment amount or multiplier.

  • QTP is easy to enable or disable (toggle on or off) right in the trade window.

  • The moment price hits your target, the platform triggers the closure without waiting for a manual click.

How Quick Take Profit works

  1. Select an asset and choose your trade direction: Buy or Sell.

  2. Set your trade amount and multiplier.

  3. Turn on QTP to preview your profit target. Adjusting your parameters will update the figure instantly.

  4. Open the trade. Your Take Profit level will display on the chart.

  5. Once price hits the target level, your position is automatically submitted for closure based on current market conditions.

Important: The multiplier amplifies both gains and potential losses. In the example above, a 0.05% price move against you results in a $1 loss. Quick Take Profit does not protect against losses or guarantee a profit. During sharp market moves, gaps, or low liquidity, the actual execution price may differ from the set target. The target amount is finalized only after the position is closed.

How to find and set up Quick Take Profit

First steps

Select your CFD instrument and open the trade window. You will find QTP on the Take Profit line next to Stop Loss.

  1. Choose an instrument in the Markets section (e.g., Bitcoin).

  2. Click Buy or Sell to access the trade settings.

  3. Enter the trade amount and multiplier. Make sure QTP is turned on to preview your profit target.

What to note at this step: The target profit amount is displayed before you confirm the trade, making it easy to review alongside your chosen parameters.

Managing QTP and open positions

Before opening a trade, you can toggle QTP off and on as needed. Once the position is opened, the Take Profit line displays on the chart.

  1. Uncheck the box to disable QTP for this trade.

  2. Check the box again. The platform will confirm that QTP is active and recalculate the profit target.

  3. After opening the trade, the Take Profit level will appear on the chart. You can still encrease or manually close the position at any time.
