What notifications are available in the terminal and how do I enable them?

What notifications are available?

  • Trades at risk
    Notifications about trades that are currently at risk of auto-closure.
    ​

  • Trade alerts
    Push notifications sent when a pending order is executed, or when a trade position is closed via Take Profit or Stop Loss.
    ​

  • Margin call
    Notifications triggered when a position's loss reaches a critical percentage of its amount. This allows you to decide whether to top up the position, update Stop Loss/Take Profit levels, or close the position.

How to enable notifications

Desktop

  1. Hover over your name in the upper right corner of the terminal and select "Notifications".
    ​

  2. Turn on the desired notifications.
    ​

Mobile app

  1. Go to the "More" tab and tap "Notifications".
    ​

  2. Turn on the notifications. Note that on the mobile app, you can only activate "Trades at risk".
    ​
