How can I claim the result of an operation?

To submit a claim about a trade, please send an email to [email protected]


What information should you include?

To help you quickly and accurately, make sure your message includes:

  • Transaction ID

  • Lost amount

  • Detailed description of the problem

  • Date and time when the problem occurred


Should you attach anything else?

If possible, attach a screenshot clearly showing the issue you experienced.


How long does it take to get a response?

Our dealing department specialists will review your claim and provide a detailed response within 7 business days, according to the "Procedure for handling complaints" section of the Regulations.


What happens if the loss was the company's fault?

If it’s proven that you suffered a loss due to the company’s fault, you will receive the appropriate compensation.
