Sending crypto requires caution — once a transaction is sent, it can’t be reversed. If you think you made a mistake, don’t panic. Here’s what you need to do.
First, keep this in mind
When depositing cryptocurrency into your trading account:
✅ Always send the correct crypto to the correct network. For example:
If you're depositing Bitcoin, send it to a Bitcoin address.
If you're using USDT (ERC-20), it must go to a wallet that supports ERC-20.
🔗 The key rule: The sender’s network must match the recipient’s network.
⚠️ Sending crypto to the wrong address or network is irreversible and may lead to a total loss of funds.
Think you made a mistake?
If you suspect that you’ve sent crypto to the wrong wallet, act fast:
✉️ Send an email to [email protected] with a detailed explanation of what happened.
Include the following information in text format (not as a screenshot):
🔢 Amount and name of the cryptocurrency
🧾 Sender wallet address
🧾 Recipient wallet address
🧬 Transaction hash (TXID)
📎 You can also attach a screenshot from your wallet showing the successful transaction.

Tips for the future
Always triple-check the wallet address before sending.
Make sure you're using the correct network (ERC-20, TRC-20, BTC, etc.).
When in doubt, ask before sending — it’s better to be safe than sorry.
