What should I do if I made a bank transfer and forgot to indicate/incorrectly indicated my trading account number?

In this situation the payment will be unrecognized by the system. To clarify the data, the Client should use the e-mail address bound to Libertex and form an e-mail to [email protected] , specifying the following data:

  • Amount, date and time of payment.

  • Name of the bank from which the payment was made.

  • Address (city).

  • SWIFT.

  • Correct trading account number.
