What should I do if I made a bank transfer and forgot to indicate/incorrectly indicated my trading account number?

In this situation the payment will be unrecognized by the system. To clarify the data, please use the email address registered on the Libertex platform and send an email at [email protected] , specifying the following data:

  • Amount, date and time of payment.

  • Name of the bank from which the payment was made.

  • Address (city).

  • SWIFT.

  • Correct trading account number.
