What should I do if I made a transfer from WebMoney wallet and forgot to specify (specified incorrectly) my trading account number?

In this situation, the payment will not be recognized by the system. To clarify the data, please use the email address registered on the Libertex platform and send an email to [email protected], including the following information:

  • The date of the transfer.

  • The amount of the transaction.

  • Number of your WebMoney wallet.

  • Number of your trading account.

  • Please attach a screenshot of your WebMoney Personal Account with a successful transaction in our favor.
