Why does the message “No current quote” appear?

If you're trying to trade on Libertex and you see the message "No current price", this is a common issue and it’s easy to fix. Here’s why it happens and what you can do about it.


Low liquidity on the instrument

This error often shows up when the financial instrument you've selected has low trading activity at the moment.

🔍 What does that mean?
It means that the price hasn’t changed for several seconds, so there’s no updated value available to execute your trade.

What can you do?
Just wait a few moments. Once the market moves again and a new price is available, you’ll be able to trade normally.


Connection issues with the server

Another reason you might see this error is a disruption in the connection between your device and Libertex's servers.

🔌 Why does this happen?
It could be due to a temporary glitch in your internet connection or a brief server issue on the platform’s side.

What can you do?

  • Log out and log back in using your username and password.

  • Make sure your internet connection is stable.
