The email change procedure may take up to 2 (two) business days. We kindly ask you not to create more than 1 request to change email address, as this may increase the processing time of the request.
Please note: to confirm the email address change, the system may request an ID document.
Desktop
To change your email address from the web platform:
Click on your name in the upper right corner.
Select "Profile Management".
3. Click on the "Edit" button to the right of your email address.
4. Enter the new email and click "Save Changes".
5. Complete the security captcha.
6. If you have already deposited funds into your account and completed voluntary verification (KYC), you can securely change your associated email address using our quick liveness check. Simply complete a fast face scan to confirm your identity, and your new email will be verified in seconds.
If you haven't made any deposits yet, we will send a confirmation link to your new email address to approve the change.
Mobile app
To change your email address from the app:
Open the Libertex app.
Tap the "More" button (three dots in the lower right corner).
3. Then tap your name.
4. Select "Personal details".
5. Click on your email address.
6. Modify the email address and "Save Changes".
