Even if verification is not yet mandatory for your account, we strongly recommend completing it in advance. This ensures full access to all platform features without possible delays or restrictions in the future.
What is voluntary verification?
Voluntary verification allows to confirm your identity by uploading the required documents before verification becomes mandatory. Completing this process in advance allows you to avoid last-minute issues or unexpected restrictions at an inconvenient time.
Benefits of a verified account

Many payment providers require verification to process transfers more efficiently. Verifying your account in advance helps avoid delays when depositing or withdrawing funds.

Verification protects your account against fraud and unauthorized access. Only you will be able to manage your account.

Due to tightening global financial regulations, verification becomes a necessary procedure. Completing the verification in advance eliminates the risk of feature restrictions if regulations change in your country.
How to complete verification?
The verification process only takes a few minutes. To complete the account verification, please follow these steps:
Log in to your account using your account credentials.
Go to the "More" section in the bottom menu. If you are using the web version of the terminal, go to the "Profile management" section.
Open the "Verification" tab.
Click "Verify" to start the verification process.
Review the list of required documents and upload them (e.g. passport or driver’s license).
Select the issuing country and a document type.
Upload high-quality photos of your document. Make sure all edges of the document are visible and all information is readable.
Follow the instructions — the system will prompt you to undergo a Liveness check via your device’s camera.
Complete the process and allow time for your data to be automatically verified.
Once the verification is approved, you will receive a notification.
