If the instrument in question is open for trading, but you still get this message, this means the instrument you have chosen has low liquidity. That means that there are very few, if any, trades being made with this instrument at the moment, and its price is not changing. If this is the case, please try making your trade a bit later, when there is an available quote for the instrument.

If you get this error message when trying to make a trade on any available instrument, please restart the platform and try again. If the issue persists, please do the following:

  • When using the web-based platform: Open your browser settings and clear the cache/cookies or try opening the platform in another browser, such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.

  • When using the mobile platform: Open your mobile app settings to clear the cache. If this doesn't work, please delete the app and reinstall again.
