I cannot see a copy button?

If you're trying to copy another user but don't see the "Copy" button on their account, don't worry. This can be due to three common reasons, all of which can be resolved.


Review the most common reasons

1. You are being copied by others

If your account is already being copied, you cannot copy other users.

This is to avoid conflicts between copier accounts and signal providers.

Solution: If you want to stop being copied and become a copier, you must first deactivate the option to become a signal provider.


2. Your account is classified as a signal account

This means your account is marked as a "Signal account", meaning an account that others can copy.

But don't worry: you can change it to a copier account in just a few steps.


📌 How do I change it to a copy account?

  1. Go to your profile or account.

  2. Select the "Link Account" option.

  3. Enter your information again.

  4. Check the "I want to copy" option.

✅ Once done, you should see the "Copy" button available in other accounts.


3. You're using a demo account

Demo accounts are designed for practice only and don't have access to real copying features.

🚫 Therefore, the "Copy" button will be blocked while using a demo account.

Solution: If you want to start copying, you'll need to open a real account with active funds.
