The process to make a crypto deposit is very similar for all cryptocurrencies. In the example, we show you how to do it with Bitcoin, but if you want to use a different cryptocurrency, just select the one you prefer before proceeding.

Here’s a simple, step-by-step guide to help you do it safely and correctly.
🧭 Step 1: Log in to your Libertex account
Sign in from the web platform or the mobile app.
If you don’t have an account yet, you can easily create one.
💳 Step 2: Go to the "Deposit" section
On the website, click your username (top right) and select "Deposit funds into my account".
In the app, go to "Wallet" → "Deposit."
🪙 Step 3: Select Bitcoin as your deposit method
Choose Bitcoin (BTC) from the list of available payment options.
The minimum deposit is $10, and the maximum is $5,000.
⚠️ Important: Match the correct network and currency
🔴 This is one of the most common reasons users lose funds.
Before sending your crypto:
✅ Make sure you select the exact same cryptocurrency (BTC) and the correct blockchain/network shown in the Libertex deposit window.
❌ Do not use other coins (e.g., BCH or BTC on BEP-20).
Deposits sent through the wrong network or coin type may be lost permanently.
📬 Step 4: Copy the deposit address
Libertex will generate a unique Bitcoin address for this deposit.
Copy it carefully or scan the QR code using your crypto wallet.
⚠️ This address is valid only for this transaction. Don’t reuse it.
🔐 Step 5: Send the crypto from your wallet
Send the desired amount from your wallet to the address provided.
Double-check the network and coin before confirming the transaction.
Wait for the necessary number of blockchain confirmations.
Processing time
Crypto transactions may take up to one hour to be reflected in your trading account.
⏱ If more than an hour has passed and you still don’t see the funds, follow these steps:

Make sure it shows:
Successful transaction
Amount
Date and time
Network used
HASH ID or TXID
Copy and paste the 64-character alphanumeric code into the body of your message.
Even if it’s visible in the screenshot, you must include it in text form.
🔎 This information will be sent to our tracking department. The process may take 1 to 3 business days, and you’ll receive any updates via the email registered to your Libertex account.
📌 Important: Make sure you send the email from the same address linked to your Libertex account.
