Inactive Account - a Client's account on which no Trading and/or Non-Trading Transactions have been executed on the Client's initiative within the last 90 (ninety) calendar days. The Company charges a commission for servicing inactive Trading Accounts according to the rules described on the Company's website.

The conditions for charging the Commission:

  • The Client has not performed any Trading Operations within the last 90 days

  • The Client has not performed any Non-trading operations within the last 90 days.

  • The total balance of all Client's Accounts is less than $5,000.

In case you plan to resume trading on your account, you can get back the written off commission. To do this, please contact your personal manager and inform him/her that you wish to return the commission for inactivity.
