How to close your Libertex account?

If you would like to delete your account, please follow the steps below:


Withdraw your Funds

Before closing your account, you must withdraw all the money from your trading accounts.

✔️ Make sure there’s no remaining balance.
⚠️ If there are still funds in your account, the closure process may take longer until the withdrawal is completed.

💡If you have less balance than the minimum withdrawal amount, you can make a new deposit to complete the minimum value and then withdraw everything; you can also operate on any of our platforms, keep in mind that in Metatrader the minimum trading amounts are lower than in Libertex.


Close all open transactions

Before closing your account, it is also important that you close all your open positions.
This ensures that there are no active operations or associated risks.


Create a Ticket for your request.

Once you’ve withdrawn your funds and closed your trades, you’re ready to request the closure.

👉 Contact our support team through the online chat in your Personal Account and request to create a ticket for account deletion. On the web version, the chat is available in the lower left corner of the screen, and in the mobile application, in the "More" section. Our virtual assistant can provide you with the necessary button to create said ticket, however, in case of any inconvenience, you can request to contact an agent to provide you with this button.

🕒 In general, your account will be closed shortly after receiving the ticket, as long as the previous steps have been completed.

If your account still has a balance and you wish to close it even with the available balance, you must clearly state this in your request.


Do you want to reactivate your account later?

No problem! If you change your mind, just write to [email protected] and request the reactivation of your account.


🔽 Steps to close your Libertex account:

  • Withdraw all available funds.

  • Close all open transactions.

  • Contact our support team through the online chat in your Personal Account and create the Ticket.

  • Wait for confirmation of closure as a reply by email.
