There are several possible reasons for difficulties in obtaining access restoration codes:

  • Incoming emails end up in spam or other folders, if additional inbox filtering is configured - you need to check the folders.

  • Browser cache is interfering with sending emails - you need to clear it.

  • You have been unsubscribed from the mailing list - you should contact Support for subscription.
