This message can appear for several reasons. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you fix it.
1. Check your internet connection
First things first, make sure you’re connected to the internet. Try opening any website to confirm your connection is active.
2. Double-check your login details
The issue might be caused by an incorrect username or password. Carefully re-enter your credentials and try again.
3. Make sure you're using the correct server
Your account needs to be connected to the correct server based on your account number. Use the chart below:
Account Type | Account Number Range | Correct Server |
Demo | 750 000 000 – 769 999 999 | 🟢 |

✅ Make sure the server name matches the range of your account number.
4. Check if you're using a proxy server for your internet connection
If your internet connection is running through a proxy server, this may prevent you from connecting to our trading servers. A proxy server works as a "middleman" between your computer and the trading server, and is often used by certain internet providers or local networks.
If you're having trouble connecting, we recommend reaching out to your systems administrator or internet provider to confirm if a proxy is in use. If so, you'll need to set up your trading terminal accordingly:
1. Select the "Enable proxy server" checkbox to activate the settings.
2. Click the "Proxy..." button and enter the following details (your systems administrator or internet provider can provide these):
Server: the address and type of the proxy.
Login: your username to access the proxy server (leave blank if not required).
Password: your password to access the proxy server (leave blank if not required).
