Refilling with a new card may be difficult for the following reasons:

  1. There was an error on the side of the bank that issued the card. In this case it is necessary to contact the bank support.

  2. The limit of linked cards has been exceeded. No more than 5 bank cards can be linked to Personal Account. If you have noticed that the system does not allow you to enter the data of a new card, it may mean that the limit of linked cards has been exceeded. You can permanently delete outdated cards from Personal Account by contacting the Support Service chat or by sending a request to [email protected] .

The request must contain the last 4 digits of the card number to be permanently deleted. Further replenishment or withdrawal of funds using the deleted card will be impossible.
