What to do if the system does not allow to fund my trading account using a new bank card?

Trying to deposit with a new credit or debit card but the system won’t let you?

Here are the two main causes:


1. Bank error

Sometimes, the issuing bank blocks the transaction due to internal rules or for security reasons.

What should you do?
Contact your bank’s customer support and ask why the transaction was declined. They’ll be able to guide you.


2. You've reached the card limit

You can only link up to 5 bank cards to your Personal Account.

🔒 If you've hit this limit, the system won’t allow you to add another card, and you won’t be able to enter new card details.


How to remove old cards?

If you want to use a new card, you can permanently remove old or unused cards. Here’s how:

  1. Contact Live Chat Support through your Personal Account

  2. Or send an email at [email protected]

📧 In your message, be sure to include:

  • The last 4 digits of the card you want to remove

  • A clear request asking for permanent deletion of that card

📌 Important:
Once a card is removed, you won’t be able to use it again for deposits or withdrawals.

Your request will be processed within 1–2 business days. Please make sure to include all required information to avoid delays.
