As a rule, requests for withdrawals to e-wallets and bank cards are processed instantly and automatically. In some cases, additional checks of such requests may be required.

Such procedure is related to ensuring the safety of funds and accounts of Clients. It is standard and is carried out for all accounts without exception, if such a need arises. The need for manual verification may be related to the use of a new IP address, withdrawal method and other reasons.

If the application will be processed manually, a corresponding notification will be displayed when the application is created.

In addition, a notification will be sent to your email when your request is manually processed.

As soon as the application is processed by the specialists, it will be displayed in your Personal Account, in the Reports - Payments History section.

As a rule, such operation is performed within 1-2 working days.
