To withdraw funds by transfer to a bank card, you can use the card you used to deposit funds using the "Debit or Credit Card" method (if it is available in your region).
If you use the "Transfer to card" method - you need to add a new card manually.
How to add a card manually for "Transfer to card"?
Adding new cards is done in the desktop version of the Libertex platform.
To add a new card, go to the "Withdraw funds" menu.
Select the "Transfer to card" method.
Go to the "Manage payment methods" menu.
Press "Add new".
On the next page, enter the name of the bank card holder exactly as it appears on the card. If the card is not named, enter the first and last name in Latin characters, as in the agreement with the bank. Enter the card number without spaces.
On the same screen, upload the card and cardholder confirmation information:
A photo of the front of the card. For security purposes, cover the card number so that only the first 6 and last 4 digits of the card number are visible. The edges of the card, the cardholder's name, and the card expiration date should be visible in the photo.
Photo of the back of the card. Cover the three-digit card code (CVV). If the card number is stamped and visible on the back of the card, close it so that the same first six and last four digits of the card number are visible, taking into account that you have turned the card over.
A photo of a stamped bank statement of the card, or an Internet banking statement in PDF format, or a screenshot of the Internet banking statement including the website address bar. The statement must show the cardholder's full name and card number (first six and last four digits of the card number).
If the card is virtual, please upload a screenshot of the online banking statement with the URL string (website address), full name, card number (the first 6 and last 4 digits of the card number must be visible) and information that the card is virtual.
To save the new card, click the "Save" button.
If the card details are correct and correspond to your Libertex profile data, and the attached documents are of good quality and meet the requirements - after card verification you will receive an email notification that the card has been verified. You can then create a withdrawal request for this card.
If you have specified a third party card or attached incorrect documents - the application for adding a card will be rejected and you will receive a notification with the reason of rejection to your e-mail. In this case you need to create a new application, specifying the correct data and attaching the correct documents.
