You can fund your trading account using a bank card in a quick and secure way. Typically, bank cards do not have restrictions on online transactions, but before using your card, please check the following:
Can the card be used for online purchases? In some cases, this type of transaction is blocked by default until a specific request is made to the bank by the cardholder.
Are additional codes required to complete the payment? Online transactions often require SMS confirmation or other forms of authentication.
Does your card have sufficient funds to complete the transaction?
How do I make a deposit?
Desktop
1. Click the "Deposit" button at the top of the page.
2. Select the "Account" you want to top up, choose "Debit or Credit Cards" as the "Payment method", and specify the "Amount".
3. Enter your card details, including "Card Number", "Name on card", "Expiration Date", and "CVV/CVC".
Note: If you've already registered a card on the platform, it will be available under "Saved methods". However, you can also add additional cards by clicking "Add new".
4. Click the "Deposit" button.
5. Once the payment is confirmed, you may be redirected to your bank's website to enter a 3D Secure code. Once the payment is processed, you will be redirected back to the platform.
Mobile app
1. Go to the "Wallet" section via the bottom navigation bar and tap the "Deposit" button.
2. Select the account you want to top up.
3. Under "Payment methods", select "Debit or Credit Cards".
Note: If you've already saved a card on the platform, you can select it directly with "Select", or choose "Add new" to add another card.
4. Under "Amount", specify the deposit amount and tap "Continue".
5. Enter your card details, including "Card Number", "Name on card", "Expiration Date", and "CVV/CVC", then tap "Deposit".
6. Once the payment is confirmed, you may be redirected to your bank's website to enter a 3D Secure code. Once the payment is processed, you will be returned to the platform.
What card details do I need to make a payment?
16-digit card number.
Card validity period (expiration date).
Cardholder's name, written in Latin script (as printed on the card). If your card is not personalized (i.e., your name is not printed on it), enter your first and last name in Latin script exactly as it appears in your bank agreement.
The 3-digit CVV/CVC security code (usually located on the back of the card).
