I know my current password and want to change it
Desktop
1. Hover over your name in the top right corner and select "Profile management".
2. At the bottom of the page, click "Edit" next to the "Password" field.
3. Enter your new password and click "Save Changes".
Mobile app
1. Go to the "More" section and tap your name at the top of the screen.
2. Tap "Personal details".
3. Select "Change password".
4. Enter your new password and confirm it.
I forgot my current password and want to restore it
1. Click "Restore password" on the login page.
2. Enter the email address registered to your account and click "Send e-mail".
3. Open the recovery email sent to your inbox (check your spam folder if you do not see it).
4. Click the link in the email. If the link does not open, copy and paste it into your web browser.
5. Enter your new password twice and click "Confirm new password".
If you no longer have access to the email address registered to your account, please contact Support. You may be required to verify your identity to restore access.
